    Exercise is very important to overall health and wellness; however, the timing of the introduction of exercises is VITAL. Exercise builds strong muscles. This strength is important in supporting your body. If the muscles are strong surrounding a subluxation (vertebral misalignment, vertebra out of place) then that strength is used to maintain the subluxation. That makes the adjustments hold for a shorter period of time and lengthens the care plan. At Destiny Chiropractic, we watch for signs that your body is on the road to recovery and then begin introducing exercises slowly that will help you maintain your new corrected positions and help speed your recovery. Some of these exercises can be done in our office; others will need to be done at home (home work).
