Instead of spending precious moments filling out paperwork in our waiting area, we encourage you to print and complete the First Visit Paperwork beforehand. This simple step saves you time and allows us to focus on what truly matters – your well-being.
Once you’ve completed the paperwork, we’ll personally guide you through a tour of our office en route to your consultation with one of our experienced doctors. Rest assured, all consultations are provided at no cost to you.

During this initial meeting, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation of your posture and perform motion palpation to better understand your unique needs.
Should further examination be deemed necessary, we’ll discuss it with you transparently before proceeding. On your second visit, you’ll receive a comprehensive Report of Findings from your initial assessment. This detailed evaluation, along with personalized recommendations from the doctor, will be presented to you in a personalized packet.

Consultation

At Destiny Chiropractic, we understand the value of your time. That’s why we offer a streamlined approach to your first visit. Instead of filling out paperwork upon arrival, we encourage you to print and complete the First Visit Paperwork in advance. This small step saves you time and allows us to focus on what truly matters – your health.

Once your paperwork is completed, we’ll guide you through a personalized tour of our office on your way to a consultation with one of our experienced doctors. Rest assured, all consultations are provided at no cost to you. During this session, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation of your posture and perform motion palpation to gain insights into your specific needs. Should a full exam be recommended, we’ll discuss it with you beforehand, ensuring transparency every step of the way.

Examination

Should you opt for a full exam, it will encompass various assessments including chiropractic examination, orthopedic and neurological checks, reflex testing, and range of motion analysis, among others. This comprehensive evaluation typically takes about 20 minutes.

Depending on factors such as your age and medical history, spinal X-rays may also be recommended. While there are certain situations where X-rays may not be necessary, they play a crucial role in identifying vertebral subluxations and providing essential information about your spinal health and safety. Your X-rays will be carefully explained and discussed in detail during your Report of Findings.

Schedule Your Next Appointment

Following your initial visit, we’ll schedule your Report of Findings within a few days. This appointment, which may last up to an hour, is of utmost importance. During this session, we’ll provide you with a personalized care plan and offer any necessary instructions to help you achieve optimal results. We highly encourage you to bring your spouse along to this visit for a comprehensive understanding of your recommended care plan.

To ensure minimal disruption to regular patient care hours, we’ve allocated specific times for these appointments. Our dedicated staff will assist you in scheduling your Report of Findings immediately after your first visit, ensuring continuity in your journey toward better health.
